secure premises, an MG representative will attend the
relevant address within approximately thirty minutes
of your call, free of charge.

Free Board Up/ Shutter service

We have no monthly charges on our thirty day accounts.

MG assures you of our quality, by providing a 12 month
warranty on all projects.

As testimony of our commitment to our clients, any window
replaced by MG, carries our guarantee that the first
time that one window is broken again, within a 12 month
period, it will be replaced at no cost to the client.**

No obligation free quotes.
All
glass and aluminium supplied and installed by MG complies
with Australian Standard 2208 (As referenced in the Building
Code of Australia per BCA Amendment 7) and is checked for
compliance prior to cutting and/or installation. All glazing
work undertaken by MG complies with Australian Standard
1288 Glass in Buildings.

Conditions to the guarantees:
**30
Minute Emergency Service
In an emergency we guarantee to be at your premises within
approximately 30 minutes. The customer must advise that
it is an emergency when placing the call and that Magic
Glass will be completing the replacement. It does not apply
where a specific appointment has been made or after a natural
disaster.
**Free
Board Up/ Shuttering Service
Temporary board up/shuttering service is free of charge
if reglazing cannot be completed immediately and Magic Glass
completes the replacement. This does not apply where re-glazing
is postponed at the request of the customer.
**Free
Replacement up to 12 months
This service is for customers where Magic Glass is the preferred
glazier. This is conditional on the size and type of glass
to be replaced. |
