Safety
The
Australian Standard AS -1288 governs the requirement of
all Glazing work installed within Australia. These codes
are evaluated on a regular basis to minimise hazards associated
with the glazing industry.
It is
important to note that the responsibility of meeting these
glazing standards rests with the owner of the building.
In the event that an accident should occur and these standards
were breached, the owner of the property would be liable
for any damages.
