Duvan has been recognised as our Rope Access Employee of the Month, and it is thoroughly well deserved. After an outstanding year of dedication, reliability, and relentless effort, he capped it all off with an exceptional performance on one of our most complex and demanding projects to date, working at height on a 65-story building and delivering results that reflect the very best of our trade.

Saed has earned our Employee of the Month award and done so in only his second year of his glazing apprenticeship. What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that Saed was nominated by his own colleagues, a true reflection of the respect he has built across the team and the remarkable growth he continues to show every single day on the job.

And we are thrilled to welcome Jay to the Magic Glass family. Jay has made the journey all the way from New Zealand to pursue his glazing apprenticeship with us, and we are proud and excited to be part of that journey. Big things ahead for this one.
