Project Scope: Magic Glass was contracted to perform a full glass fit out of the aged care facility. The work included the fabrication and installation of custom skylights, aluminium windows & doors, a partition with shelving and frameless structurally glazed walls.

Delivery Model

Magic Glass handled all aspects of design, fabrication and installation. Custom elements like skylights and shelving partitions were built to specification. The glazing team installed aluminium windows & doors and executed frameless structurally glazed wall systems for a clean, modern interior finish.

The facility needed architectural elegance, clean, open, well lit spaces while ensuring durability, safety and functionality. Custom pieces such as skylights and structural glazed walls required precision engineering and fabrication.

The frameless structurally glazed walls were installed to maintain open visual lines and a modern aesthetic, while meeting performance, safety and compliance standards.
