Project Scope: Magic Glass was responsible for installing architectural windows and doors, along with associated hardware. The work covered nine residential units and four commercial spaces within the Rose Bay complex.
Duration: The glazing works were completed over a period of 12 months.
Delivery Model
The work involved both residential and commercial glazing installations. Magic Glass fabricated and installed custom windows and doors designed to meet high architectural standards, ensuring flush finishes on both the interior and exterior surfaces.
The Challenge
Because this was a high end architectural project, all glazing had to satisfy strict design criteria precision in detailing, seamless flush finishes and high build quality. Coordinating works across both residential and commercial zones added complexity in terms of scheduling, finishes and consistency.
