Project Scope: Design and installation of a custom curved single panel shower screen, crafted from 10mm clear toughened glass with a brushed brass wall channel for a refined finish.

The Challenge

Creating a large, curved glass screen requiring millimeter precision in bending, transport, and installation. Aligning the curved panel seamlessly within a brass channel in a wet area added to the technical difficulty.

The Solution

Magic Glass worked with local fabricators to produce a 700mm radius panel, polished to perfection and toughened to AS1288:2021 standards. Careful handling and precision installation ensured durability, watertight sealing, and a sleek, minimalist look.

The Feedback

The client praised the project for its flawless finish and unique architectural presence. The curved glass feature now stands as a centerpiece of the bathroom, combining elegance, functionality, and long-lasting craftsmanship.
