Client: Homebush Height Safety Installation & Certification

Project Scope: Magic Glass’s team installed, tested and certified anchor points on the building’s exterior. These anchor points are part of the height safety infrastructure required for safe access, maintenance, and inspections.

Duration: The job was completed in one day, reflecting efficient mobilization and execution.

Delivery Model

Using their rope access division, Magic Glass deployed safety experts to install the anchor points, test them to ensure they meet Australian height safety standards and certify them accordingly. The approach required both technical compliance and safety oversight.

The Challenge

The core challenge was ensuring that the installed anchor points complied with all relevant Australian height safety regulations, both in materials, installation method and testing. Because the work is being done on a high rise, access is more difficult and safety risks are heightened.

The Solution

Magic Glass’s rope access team carried out the installation, testing and certification of the anchor points in line with safety standards. They used equipment and processes suitable for high rise work and ensured that everything was certified properly to meet regulatory requirements.

The Feedback

The client was very happy with the outcome, praising both the efficiency of the work and the quality of the installation. The height safety system now meets required standards, giving the building improved safety compliance.
