Client: Homebush Height Safety Installation & Certification

Project Scope: Magic Glass was contracted to clean external windows on the building, especially those that are difficult to access from balconies or ledges. The work involved a full facade clean of the exterior glazing.

Duration: The project was carried within the month.

Delivery Model

The cleaning was done using rope access methods. Magic Glass’s specialised rope access team handled the high rise maintenance, including safety setup and execution to clean all those exterior windows properly.

The Challenge

Because the building is high rise, many windows are unreachable without specialised techniques. The difficulty includes ensuring worker safety, managing height risks and cleaning thoroughly so that the visual result is consistent across the facade. Access limitations, weather changes and safety regulations were all things that needed careful handling.

The Solution

Magic Glass assigned their rope access operators to carry out the cleaning. They implemented safety protocols for high rise work, used the right equipment and managed the schedule to ensure efficiency and thoroughness. The exterior was cleaned to a high standard.

The Feedback

Both the client (Waterpoint Asset Management) and the residents were very happy with the outcome. The feedback praised the quality of the cleaning work and the professionalism of the crew.
