Client: Hyde Park High Rise Facade Maintenance

Project Scope: The project involved full facade and window cleaning of the high rise building. The work was carried out by Magic Glass’s Rope Access Division, ensuring all exterior glass surfaces were cleaned and maintained.

Duration: The maintenance works were completed efficiently within the scheduled timeframe.

Delivery Model

The rope access team used abseiling methods to reach all areas of the building’s facade. Safety systems, rigging and cleaning procedures were carefully managed by IRATA certified operators.

The Challenge

Working on a high rise building in the busy Sydney CBD presented several challenges. The team had to manage access and safety at height, contend with wind conditions and deliver results without disruption to residents or the surrounding urban environment.

The Solution

Magic Glass applied strict rope access safety protocols and used specialist equipment to carry out the cleaning. Their operators abseiled the full facade, removing dirt and grime while maintaining high visual standards, without the need for scaffolding.

The Feedback

The client and tenants were pleased with the outcome. The facade was restored to a clean and polished state and the work was delivered safely and to a high standard of quality.
